Job Description
We are seeking an immediate joiner for DLP Analyst / Administrator role with 1–3 years of experience to support monitoring, administration, and first-level investigation of Data Loss Prevention alerts. The role focuses on protecting sensitive information and supporting day-to-day security operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Monitor and analyze DLP alerts and policy violations
· Perform initial triage, investigation, and escalation of DLP incidents
· Monitor data movement across email, endpoints, web, and network channels
· Assist in configuration and administration of DLP policies and rules
· Investigate potential data leakage incidents and collect evidence
· Coordinate with SOC, IT, and security teams during investigations
· Maintain incident records, reports, and SOP documentation
· Support compliance and audit-related data protection requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in DLP Monitoring / Administration
· Hands-on exposure to DLP tools such as Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, McAfee, Microsoft Purview, or similar
· Understanding of data classification, data protection, and information security concepts
· Basic knowledge of email security, endpoint security, and web security
· Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
· Willingness to work in shifts
· Willingness to work or visit at client sites
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
· Relevant DLP / security certifications – preferred
