Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO will act as a strategic support partner, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum efficiency. The role requires strong business acumen, coordination skills, analytical thinking, and confidentiality.
This position goes beyond calendar management — it involves supporting strategic planning, sales coordination, leadership communication, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support
- Assist CEO in strategic planning, business reviews, and execution tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for sales, operations, and product initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Conduct preliminary market research for new service offerings and expansion strategies.
2. Sales & Business Development Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Head and team to track pipeline, proposals, and closures.
- Follow up on RFP submissions, client meetings, and strategic accounts.
- Prepare briefing documents before key client meetings.
- Maintain sales forecasting reports and revenue tracking sheets.
3. Product & Innovation Support
- Assist CEO in documenting product ideas and strategic frameworks.
- Coordinate between technical/development teams and leadership.
- Track product roadmap timelines and milestone completion.
4. Executive Communication
- Draft emails, internal communications, strategic announcements, and presentations.
- Prepare Board-level presentations and investor reports (if applicable).
- Manage communication with senior stakeholders and strategic partners.
5. Operational & Administrative Support
- Calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up trackers.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams (HR, Finance, Operations).
- Ensure action items are tracked and executed within timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Required Skills & Competencies
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint proficiency mandatory
- Knowledge in Advanced tools like PowerBI and Power Automate is preferred
- Experience in MIS reporting and dashboard preparation
- Understanding of sales lifecycle and business development processes
- Exposure to IT / Cyber Security industry preferred
- Exposure to AI (Artificial Intelligence) related platforms or readiness to learn and scale in AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
