Role Overview
The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, configuration, and rollout of product/solution features for clients and internal teams.
This role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of business workflows, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Deployment
- Perform end-to-end product implementation for clients, including configuration, setup, and environment readiness.
- Coordinate with development and infra teams for deployment on UAT & Production environments.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and testing before go-live.
- Ensure all features and configurations meet business requirements.
2. Requirement Understanding & Documentation
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare SOPs, implementation documents, user guides, and release notes.
- Maintain proper documentation for all configurations and deployments.
3. Testing & Quality Checks
- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and validation of deployed modules.
- Identify defects or gaps and follow up with developers for resolution.
- Support UAT cycles and assist stakeholders with issue analysis.
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Provide walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions as required.
- Address queries and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
5. Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, data, or environment.
- Provide L1/L2 support post-implementation until handover to the support team.
- Monitor deployment success and ensure all components function as expected.
- Handle real-time Production issues and provide immediate support to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with application configuration, deployment, or system implementation.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and basic debugging.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, Redmine, or similar platforms.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
