Position: Senior Customer Success Representative

Your responsibilities as a Senior Customer Success Representative:
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify leads by assessing their cybersecurity needs and readiness to purchase our products or services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products and services, staying up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Engage with prospects to understand their security challenges and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients, outlining pricing, terms, and service details.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or team, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Pedigree and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the cybersecurity industry.
