Position: Senior Customer Success Representative

Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Representative:

  1. Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Qualify leads by assessing their cybersecurity needs and readiness to purchase our products or services.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products and services, staying up to date with industry trends and developments.
  4. Engage with prospects to understand their security challenges and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
  5. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
  6. Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients, outlining pricing, terms, and service details.
  7. Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
  8. Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively closing deals and negotiating terms with clients.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or team, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  4. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

  6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.


Pedigree and Experience:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the cybersecurity industry.
