Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Specialist:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting activities.
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather intelligence on target accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our cybersecurity consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective lead qualification and closure.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue goals.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our cybersecurity consulting services.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and messaging.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging threats, and technological advancements to better position our services.

Pedigree and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
