Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Specialist:


  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting activities.
  2. Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage with potential clients.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to gather intelligence on target accounts.
  5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our cybersecurity consulting services.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective lead qualification and closure.
  10. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue goals.
  11. Articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our cybersecurity consulting services.
  12. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  13. Provide feedback from client interactions to the product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and messaging.
  14. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging threats, and technological advancements to better position our services.

Pedigree and Education:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 2-5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
