Your responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist:


  1. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  2. Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, blog posts, social media, website content, and advertisements.
  3. Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
  4. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  5. Manage social media marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and, including content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  8. Analyze campaign performance across all channels and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, content writing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.


Skill sets we require:


  1. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  2. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) shall be preferred.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  5. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Pedigree and Experience:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content writing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
